Australia here we come! In July 2002
Jeunique had been operating in Australia with another division “Swipe” a range of natural household cleaning products but did not have the divisions we had established in New Zealand or the experienced staff to train and support in beauty.
When Mr Nobbs purchased Beauty For All Seasons, there were a well-established group of very professional Colour and Image Consultants who needed support, so we were asked to take over the management of Australia as well.
We initially held two training courses in Australia, one in Brisbane with Christine Jackson and one in Melbourne with Lois McBain and Anne Webster. These ladies impressed me greatly with their professionalism and knowledge of Beauty For All Seasons and they all ran very successful businesses. It was a pleasure working with them and I was grateful that they were so willing to share their knowledge freely and embrace the company philosophy of “Help People Help other People”
We had the pleasure of supporting them going forward and supplied Australia with their products out of New Zealand.
We continued to grow both businesses and creating all the marketing material and promotions for both countries. The time differences between us and the US and the different markets were a bit of a challenge and we were keen to add more ideas to the Pacific Region.
Lots of fun training, seminars and exhibitions were held with the team of ladies in Australia, their work ethic was exceptional and many had full-time professional Colour Beauty and Image consultancy business.
They also enrolled lots of consultants and assisted in their development.
Our Key leaders were: Irene Wilson, Lois Mc Bain, Sue Brown, Christine Jackson, Anne Webster, Caroline Chapman, Margaret Burke, Deborah Borg-Sayer, Lyn Seesink.
We held our second International Seminar in Australia at the beautiful Sheraton
In 2003 our Seminar was held in beautiful Queenstown New Zealand – A true Winter Wonderland
The southern hemisphere’s breath-taking beautiful, intensely exciting, world renowned Alpine and Lake Resort was the venue for this amazing seminar
